• Parenting coach

The coaching service works with caregiver to repair and resolve parent-child relationship difficulties and help strengthen the parent-child bond. The coaching sessions offers confidential support that is personalized, and tailored to the needs of each individual family. The sessions are intended to offer your family hands on advice and skills in understanding and managing behavior, routines and parent-child relationships.

DURATION: An initial 90 min consultation, followed by coaching over several days or weeks, depending on the needs of the family.

• The Circle of Security Parenting Program (COSP)

The Circle of Security Parenting Program (COSP) is a relationship-based psychoeducation program provided in both individual and group formats. COSP is designed to provide parents with a useful way to view, understand and respond to their children’s behaviors as an expression of their needs.

In addition, COSP highlights the ingredients for forming a secure and empathic parent-child relationship. This eight group session parenting program uses a structured, evidence-based curriculum with videotape examples while allowing for processing and group discussion with a COS Parent Facilitator.

DURATION: Circle of Security is an eight-week program/ 90 minutes per chapter designed for parents and carers of children aged 0-10 years who would like support to help their children build secure relationships.
